These are most extraordinary times and since we last wrote to you to reassure you of the actions we were taking following the advice of Public Health England and The World Health Organisation, so much has changed.
Whilst we introduced upscaled measures with immediate effect, for intensified cleaning and sanitising of our studios and equipment, the ever-developing pandemic has led us to take further action to protect the health of our customers and staff.
We know how important Consol is to your wellbeing routine and have stayed open for as long as we felt was safe but after some difficult decisions and under extreme circumstances, we are sad to announce that we will be temporarily closing all of our studios from 18:00 on March 23 2020 until further notice, due to the unfolding situation with COVID-19.
The safety of our customers, staff and the wider community is our top priority and our wishes are with all of you during this unprecedented time.
Please be assured any credit or minutes purchased will remain on your account without expiration, to use when we open our doors again and our customer service team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have on our social media platforms or by emailing us at email@example.com
