Parking Terms

PARKING TERMS

Select Consol locations provide customer parking facilities which may be managed by third-party parking operators.

By parking at these locations, you agree to the parking terms and conditions displayed on-site and any applicable terms imposed by the parking operator.

Parking Management

Parking at Consol locations is managed by various parking companies, details can be found on all parking signage within the car park area.

Parking enforcement, permits, parking charges and related matters are all administered by the relevant parking company signed on site, in accordance with the terms displayed at the relevant location.

Customers should always check on-site signage before parking.

Parking Requirements

Where applicable, vehicles must:

• Display a valid parking permit or be correctly registered where electronic permit systems are in use.

• Park fully within marked parking bays.

• Not park on double yellow lines, single yellow lines, hatched areas, pavements or grassed areas.

• Not obstruct access, other vehicles or emergency routes.

• Display a valid Blue Badge when using designated disabled parking spaces.

Additional parking restrictions may apply at individual locations and will be displayed on-site.

Parking Charges

Failure to comply with the parking conditions displayed at a location may result in a parking charge being issued by the parking operator.

The amount of any parking charge, payment terms and enforcement procedures will be displayed on-site and governed by the applicable parking operator’s terms and conditions.

ANPR and CCTV

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), CCTV or other monitoring systems may be used within parking areas for parking management, security and enforcement purposes.

Vehicle registration information and images may be collected and processed by the parking operator in accordance with its privacy policy and legal obligations.

Liability

Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

Consol is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left within vehicles.

Users of the car park are responsible for exercising reasonable care and attention while using parking facilities.

Parking Enquiries

Questions or complaints relating to parking charges, parking enforcement or parking notices must be directed to the parking operator responsible for the relevant location, using the parking operator contact details provided on the parking notice or their official website. The relevant company details can also be found on all parking signs within the car park area.

Consol is not involved in the management, enforcement, administration, or appeals process relating to parking at any site and has no authority to intervene.
