We’ve been keeping a rather glowsome secret… and now the cat is officially out of the (perfectly tanned) bag.

For over a year, we’ve been developing something behind the scenes. Something our customers have been asking for, our teams have been talking about, and I’ve been focused on getting right.

Why I Created BOOST

If you’ve seen me on TikTok, you’ll know I’m always curious about what tanners actually want. Across our studios, our teams and our community, the message has been clear: you wanted Consol to put its money where its tan is and create a product that works with your skin, using it to make your glow work even harder.

We all love a bronzer, it can be a main character in a tanning routine. But there was space for something that works differently too; something that builds real colour and supports your skin at the same time.

So, after 15 years in tanning and product development, and as Consol celebrates 30 years of expertise, it felt like the right moment to create something of our own.

BOOST is built from everything we’ve learned and everything you’ve asked for.

From Consol to Tampa

To do this properly, we went all in. We travelled to Tampa, Florida, to work with Devoted Creations, one of the most respected names in tanning skincare.

This was a true collaboration. Consol brings 30 years of real studio insight, and Devoted Creations brings advanced formulation expertise. Together, we spent over a year refining BOOST to deliver on performance, texture and results.

If it’s made for the Consol customer, it has to exceed expectations, working with your skin to make glowing and feeling good feel effortless. ✨

What BOOST Does Differently

BOOST works with your skin, not on top of it. As a melanin-boosting intensifier, it helps you tan faster, develop deeper natural colour and keep that colour for longer.

You can use it on its own for a natural result, or pair it with your favourite bronzer to enhance your glow. The finish is smooth, buildable and streak-free, with no transfer.

At its core is a simple principle: better skin delivers better tanning results. BOOST combines melanin activators with antioxidant-rich hydration to improve how your skin looks and performs. Hydrated skin absorbs UV more effectively, supporting deeper colour and longer-lasting results.

We used high-performance, skincare-led ingredients you’d normally expect at a higher price point, but it was important that this felt accessible.
