What is Consol 🤔
Consol is a legal entity of Univilla Limited and Consol SouthWest Limited, referred to in these terms and conditions as Consol. These legal terms (English law applies) are between you and Consol (Consol/us/we) and you agree to them by using any Consol service, or our website. You should read this document along with our Data Privacy Notice.

Using a sunbed with Consol 🔆
You can only use a sunbed with Consol if you agree to the following:
You are 18 years or over and have verified your age to us with valid photo ID.
You have taken session advice from our staff or website and will promise to use goggles for every session.
If you are on medication, you are pregnant, photosensitive or Skin Type 1, you will consult with your GP before using Consol.
If you have had a sunbed on the same day or have been sunbathing, you will not use a Consol on that day.
Buying Consol Account Credit (credit) 💸
Any credit purchased by purchasing a Topup, will be placed on your account and can be used for purchasing sunbed sessions and vending products at any Consol studio. Credit cannot be used for purchasing further credit / Topups or gift cards and credit cannot be paid or transferred back to you as pounds sterling. The credit on your account will not expire or reduce in value.
Sharing your account ⛔️
Your account with Consol is personal and cannot be shared with anyone else. If an account is used by anyone else other than the account owner, the account will be suspended or closed. 😱
To make sure that only the account owner uses the account, we will use CCTV, in store photos and your profile images to verify users. Any Consol account credit on your account will be lost if the account is closed.
If something goes wrong 🔧
Please use your account phone number as your account number when contacting us to resolve any issue. The best first point of contact is Consol Helpline 08000 886090. We strive to resolve any issues immediately and while you are still in our studio.
How to make a complaint 😔
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix the problem. Complaints can be made to our Helpline team on 08000 88 60 90, via email at email@example.com or via our Facebook page at Consoluk.
Making changes to this agreement 📝
This agreement will always be available on our website. If we make changes to it that are clearly in your favour, we'll tell you once we've made them. Otherwise we'll give you two months notice.
If you don't agree to these changes, you can let us know and we'll close your account. Any Consol account credit on the account cannot be paid out and will be lost with closing the account.
Closing your account 😭
To close and delete your account, please get in touch with us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org All your data will be deleted, and any Consol account credit will be lost when closing the account. The deletion process cannot be reversed, nor can the Consol account credit be reinstated.
